As You Wish Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air has served the Greater Seattle area for 20 years and is looking for a results-driven Sales Plumber to grow revenue while delivering top-tier service. You will inspect homes, educate clients on plumbing options, and close repairs, replacements, and installations with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role offers a generous earnings range, full-time hours from Monday to Friday starting at 7am, and a dispatch-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• Valid active Plumbing License in WA or Idaho (PLO2/PLO1 preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals in a service environment.
• Experience presenting solutions and closing sales in a home services setting.
• Experience using ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Able to pass background check, drug test and MVR.

Responsibilities

Coach Your Craft & Master the Field

• Conduct in-home residential plumbing inspections to diagnose issues and identify repair or replacement opportunities
• Work alongside homeowners to educate them on plumbing systems and present multiple solution options tailored to their needs and budget
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building trust through professionalism, honesty, and technical expertise
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle, tools, and professional appearance while representing the company in customers' homes
• Follow all company safety policies, plumbing codes, and quality standards to ensure safe and compliant work recommendations

Drive Growth & Performance

• Close sales for plumbing repairs, replacements, repipes, water heaters, sewer lines, water filtration systems, fixtures, and other plumbing services
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings
• Track and improve KPIs like average ticket, conversion rates, and productivity
• Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve operations
• Collaborate with dispatch, install coordinator, and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from consultation through project completion

Stay Organized & Accountable

• Document inspections, estimates, photos, and customer interactions accurately using ServiceTitan
• Participate in ongoing technical, product, and sales training to continuously improve plumbing knowledge, customer communication, and sales performance

What We Offer:

• Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
• Schedule: Monday - Friday starting at 7am
• Located in Renton, but DISPATCH FROM HOME
• 2 weeks of PTO + 6 paid holidays
• Weekly pay; Every Friday is payday!

Requirements

Your Background

• Have a valid active Plumbing License in the state of Washington or Idaho: PLO2 or PLO1 (Preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and improving performance
• Experience presenting solutions and closing sales in a service environment
• Experience using Service Titan is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Able to successfully pass BG, Drug test and MVR
