Position Overview

International's Parts Sales Team is looking for a Sales Planning Manager.


The International Parts Group supports our International and IC Bus products, as well as other product lines with our Fleetrite, ReNEWed and Diamond Advantage parts brands. Each offers a wide selection of truck, trailer and powertrain service parts.

As theSales Planning Manager for Parts Sales, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for analyzing sales data and trends to drive strategic planning and execution. You will play a critical role in optimizing sales performance and ensuring alignment with overall growth and profitability goals.


Responsibilities

    Lead the development of territorial sales quotas in alignment with the annual profit plan.
    Oversee the preparation and management of commission incentive budgets across assigned districts or regions.
    Resolve compensation and service-related issues tied to sales incentives in a timely and effective manner.
    Select, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure operational excellence and professional growth.
    Manage two or more functional areas or departments, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.
    Supervise cost control, resource allocation, and staffing levels to maintain operational efficiency.
    Provide strategic leadership to Managers, Supervisors, and professional staff, setting clear goals and expectations.
    Develop and execute departmental plans, managing resources and contributing to policy formulation.
    Drive medium-term planning initiatives and make recommendations on budget and operational policy.
    Ensure project and performance milestones are met within established budgets and schedules.
    Identify and resolve complex challenges by introducing innovative practices and forward-thinking solutions.
    Collaborate with senior leadership and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the department.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 10 years of sales planning, sales, project management, analyst or marketing experience
  • At least 4 years of management experience

OR

  • Master's degree
  • At least 8 years of sales planning, sales, project management, analyst or marketing experience
  • At least 4 years of management experience

OR

  • At least 12 years of sales planning, sales, project management, analyst or marketing experience
  • At least 4 years of management experience

Additional Requirements

    Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
