As a Sales Planner for UGG Wholesale, you’ll be a key player in transforming data into strategy, helping one of the world’s most iconic lifestyle brands grow with purpose and precision. This role is about more than crunching numbers. You’ll be the bridge between data and decision-making, turning sell-through performance into insights that guide our seasonal strategies, product assortments, and retail partnerships across North America. Your work will directly impact how we show up in the market—and how we win together.

You’ll analyze point-of-sale data, identify trends, and collaborate with teams across Sales, Merchandising, Product, Marketing, and Planning. Whether you’re presenting in a business review or advising on future forecasts, your insights will help shape the direction of the brand. You’ll also manage forecasting tools, monitor performance against strategic goals, and contribute to long-term planning that supports both Deckers and our retail partners.
You’re a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling through data. You have 1–3 years of experience in retail or wholesale planning, sales analytics, or a related field. You’re comfortable with Excel and Tableau, and you know how to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Most importantly, you’re collaborative, curious, and driven to make an impact.
$70,000 - $75,000
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
