Responsibilities

• Supports 2-3 Account Executives and handles daily sales tasks as needed.
• Collaborates with Airport President and internal departments to streamline the sales process.
• Tracks deadlines and ensures timely completion of tasks and contracts.
• Prepares paperwork for sales flow and distributes posting instructions.
• Develops knowledge of HIVE & VIOOH to book campaigns and manage availabilities.
