A leading producer of high-quality tortillas, Ole' Mexican Foods, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Planner/Analyst. The role involves analyzing sales data, forecasting, and market research to enhance sales performance. Location: Lakeland, Miami, Jacksonville – Remote Position. Full Time.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Planner/Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth and success.
Position Overview:
The Sales Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales data to support our sales strategies and objectives. This role involves a deep understanding of sales metrics, market trends, and consumer behavior. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively, while working independently and managing multiple assignments.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales analysis, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within the CPG industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Working knowledge of syndicated data, ie, Circana/IRI and / or Nielsen.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
