The role includes piercing services, POS handling, and contributing to promotional activities while maintaining attractive displays and inventory organization.

The ideal candidate is social-media savvy, customer-focused, organized, and ready to hustle in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• You can conduct piercings with patience and empathy.
• Proficient at operating a POS system.
• Able to stand for shifts and lift 25–75 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos.
• Join piercing experts through comprehensive training and guide customers through piercing and aftercare.
• Maintain store displays and organized inventory for easy shopping.
• Support Store Manager by motivating the team and sharing sales tips.
• Represent the brand and assist in promotional activities to boost sales.
• Assist in store operations and merchandising to keep the store running smoothly.
• Encourage customers to share their Claire's hauls on social media.
