Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales by showing and recommending products.
• Conduct piercings after training and educate on aftercare in a sterile environment.
• Maintain attractive store displays and organized inventory for easy shopping.
• Support the Store Manager, motivate the team, and share sales tips.
• Promote products and promotions to boost revenue and brand presence.
• Oversee store operations including cash handling, merchandising, and promotions.
• Encourage customers to share their Claire’s purchases on social media.
