Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
• Piercing Excellence: Train with piercing experts, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address questions throughout the process.
• Maintain attractive, easy-to-shop displays and organized inventory for a seamless store visit.
• Support the Store Manager by motivating the team and sharing sales tips to create a positive, high-energy vibe.
• Showcase Claire's products, stay aligned with fashion and social media trends to guide customers to perfect styles.
• Assist in store operations, processing deliveries, executing visual merchandising, and supporting promotions.
• Encourage customers to share their Claire's hauls on social media to boost engagement.
