We’re looking for a Sales & Partnerships Lead who thrives in autonomous, relationship-driven roles. This isn’t a high-pressure, quota-bound sales job — it’s a chance to build deep practitioner relationships, help clinics grow with our platform, and be at the center of a fast-evolving health tech space.

What You'll Do

  • Be the go-to person for practitioner relationships — from demos and onboarding to long-term success
  • Follow up on inbound leads and trial signups, and help convert them into loyal customers
  • Reach out to new clinics and practitioner groups that could benefit from Optimal DX
  • Expand accounts and spot upsell opportunities, especially with multi-provider teams
  • Nurture partnerships with labs, educators, and supplement companies
  • Represent Optimal DX in conversations, events, webinars, and online communities
  • Capture practitioner feedback and share insights with our product and content teams

What Sets You Apart

  • You’ve worked in sales, partnerships, or account management (3–7 years) — ideally in SaaS, wellness, or healthcare
  • You understand (or are passionate about) functional or integrative medicine
  • You’re not waiting for a playbook — you create your own momentum and structure
  • You’ve succeeded in self-led roles (freelance, remote, entrepreneurial, etc.)
  • You’re organized, personable, and deeply comfortable with digital tools (we use HubSpot, Zoom, Teamwork, etc.)
  • You enjoy being part of a small, mission-driven team that’s building something meaningful
