Bass Pro Shops in Oklahoma City is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms (Part Time) to support counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, assess needs, and recommend products while promoting CLUB membership and in-store pickup.

The role requires knowledge of firearms and ATF regulations, a high school diploma or equivalent, 0-2 years in retail, and the ability to lift and stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms and related hunting merchandise.
• Greet customers promptly and provide information, assistance and direction.
• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations; promote CLUB membership, VOC and in-store pickup.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately.
• Organize and maintain merchandise at Gun Counter; restock shelves as needed; keep area clean and stocked.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and adhere to company policies.

They perform various selling/customer service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information, assistance and direction to customers.***ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**** Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
