First Financial Bank is seeking a teller/personal banker to handle deposits, withdrawals, and cross-sell bank products at our College Station location. The role emphasizes customer relations, accuracy, speed, and a courteous, professional demeanor.

Expect frequent face-to-face and phone contact with customers, with potential travel to Abilene for training. Saturday and holiday hours may be required depending on branch hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or sales experience preferred.
• Customer relations, accuracy, speed, detail, flexibility and judgment emphasized.

Responsabilités

• Process deposit and withdrawal transactions per bank policies.
• Provide customer service by selling and servicing account products.
• Cross trained in image capture processes.
• Occasional travel to Abilene or other regions for training.
• Support Saturday and holiday hours as needed.
