DiSorb Systems is a fast-growing, 20-year-old, veteran-owned business specializing in medical manufacturing and distribution. We manufacture liquid medical waste treatment products and distribute FDA-regulated medical products from partners like Cardinal Health, Hill-Rom, Ambu, and Bosma to VA and DoD healthcare facilities nationwide.

The Role

We're hiring a remote Sales Order Processing Specialist to join our Distribution team. You’ll help process and track government purchase orders, support VA hospitals and distributors, and resolve issues related to shipment, invoicing, or contract compliance.

This role is U.S.-based and fully remote, with a shift designed to provide late-day coverage for Pacific Time customers. You’ll work alongside three experienced teammates who help manage our daily government distribution workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and acknowledge purchase orders in NetSuite
• Send and maintain purchase orders with distribution partners and manufacturers
• Track shipments, partials, and backorders
• Communicate professionally with VA buyers and distributor contacts
• Maintain accurate records for items and customer accounts
• Reference EDI data (850, 855, 856, 810) using TrueCommerce, as needed

Requirements

Must reside in the U.S.

4+ years in sales operations, government order processing, or ERP systems

Strong written communication and attention to detail

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Fluent in English

Bonus Skills

• Experience with federal procurement (VA, DoD)
• Familiarity with EDI transaction types (850/855/856/810)
• Familiarity with Netsuite
