Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of sales process and order fulfillment procedures.
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely entry of vendor purchase orders.
• Monitor order status, identify potential delays, and communicate updates to the commercial organization.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Track inventory levels and identify potential stock shortages.
• Collaborate with purchasing teams to ensure timely material procurement.
• Monitor product availability and communicate potential delays to the commercial organization.
• Provide the inside sales team with accurate delivery estimates and order status updates through ERP data management.
• Communicate customer requirements to production teams.
• Monitor production schedules and flag potential bottlenecks.
• Work with production managers to prioritize orders and optimize production flow.
• Generate reports on sales order status, delivery timelines, and inventory levels.
• Analyze data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
• Provide insights to sales and operations teams to optimize sales planning.
• Grow professional relationships with various internal and external production facilities.
• Collaborate with project management to prepare for project review meetings.
