A leading customer experience partner is seeking a Solutions Operations Lead to drive lead generation and business development. This role involves identifying prospects and nurturing relationships that contribute to sales success. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and experience in sales or customer service, alongside skills in communication and negotiation.
A Solutions Operations Lead (or Sales Development Representative (SDR)) is responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers by generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, primarily by making cold calls and sending emails. They pass qualified leads onto the sales team for further engagement. Essentially, their role is to build and nurture the sales pipeline by identifying potential customers and determining their level of interest in a company's products or services.
