Job summary

The role focuses on sales support with light administrative duties for the Head of Alternative Business Development, Head of Institutional, and Head of IR, Business and Product Mgmt, with cross-coverage during vacations.

The candidate should have 5+ years in financial services, Salesforce expertise, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in financial services in sales support roles.
• Proficient with Salesforce and its reporting features.
• Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle duties with discretion and professionalism.
• Self-starting, entrepreneurial and resourceful with a can-do attitude.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly dependable, efficient and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, proposals and sales materials.
• Ensure materials are accurate for trainings, client and prospect meetings.
• Maintain/update client information and sales tracking in Salesforce.
• Generate regular sales activity and pipeline reports.
• Coordinate client communications and follow-ups.
• Proactively conduct research and indicate findings.
• Plan and coordinate internal/external meetings and events.
• Provide proactive administrative support including calendar management.
• Prepare and submit invoices and expense reports in Workday.
• Occasionally support other team members for vacations or busy periods.
