AcuityMD is seeking a compensation design leader to translate top‑level strategy into how the commercial org is incentivized. You will partner with Commercial leadership, the RevOps lead, and the CFO to design, test, and administer compensation plans at scale.
You will run monthly payout cycles, reconcile data across systems, and deliver validated payout files for Finance while shaping attainment reporting for AE/AM/CSM/SDR leaders.

This role, will design the compensation structure that translates our top-level strategy into how the commercial org actually operates — the mechanism that turns company goals into what the org is incentivized to do.
Revenue Operations exists to make AcuityMD's go-to-market motion predictable. We build the data, systems, and plans that tell the commercial organization where to aim and what they earn for getting there. Compensation is our sharpest tool: designed well, it drives the behavior the business needs, can be administered at scale, and is understood by every rep it touches.
AcuityMD is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, market data and may vary from the range provided. Base salary range: $110,000-140,000

The Product: AcuityMD uses data and software to help teams collaborate around the complex relationships they have with the users of medical technologies: doctors. Our platform empowers medical technology companies to see how their products are used, understand why outcomes vary, and identify opportunities where physicians or sites of care can better serve their patients.
AcuityMD is a remote‑first company. We believe the best talent isn't confined to one zip code, so our team works from wherever they do their best work, across the U.S.
We also believe some of our best work happens face‑to‑face. Critical projects move faster, our products get better, and our community gets stronger when we're in the same room, so we bring the team together throughout the year for company‑wide and team on‑sites built around that work.
In practice: expect 4-5 in‑person opportunities a year through company/team on‑sites and in‑person collaboration for critical projects. If you're based near our Boston hub, there's no set requirement for how often you come into the office, that's your call, based on what works best for you and your team.
