  • Maintain a structured overview of:

    • All active styles and projects associated with each client.
    • Quotation sheets—prepared independently and/or in collaboration with merchandisers.

Logistics Coordination

  • Manage DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipments from Asia and Africa to U.S. clients.
  • Request and consolidate freight and duty quotes from freight forwarders to respond promptly to shipping cost inquiries.
  • Oversee shipment movement from the country of origin (COO) to the final delivery location, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Provide clients with regular updates regarding shipping progress and timelines.
Education and Experience:
  • Excellent organizational skills, including thorough record-keeping and structured document management.
  • Strong communication skills, both internal (with merchandisers, freight forwarders) and external (with clients), including professional email correspondence.
  • High attention to detail with an ability to manage multiple moving parts and timelines.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
  • A strong service orientation with a commitment to supporting both internal teams and client needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
