Summary:

The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Sales and Marketing teams with CRM data management, administering the Lead qualification process, and supporting end users with our data and reporting systems. The main focus is to provide technical assistance that drives and promotes a high-performing sales culture for our Sales, Marketing, and Operational teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification process (qualification, distribution, tracking, coordination, and Dun & Bradstreet utilization for Sales Desk, Sales Leaders, Principals, Producers, and their staff.)
  • CRM Data Management
    • To maintain data and perform data tasks:
      • unsubscribed users still receiving communications
      • failure to receive communication error
      • optout requests
      • data uplift cleansing activities such record deduplication
    • Support end users, maintain, cleanse and validate data files for the CRM database
    • CRM data assignments, maintenance and data clean-up projects
    • Build and create CRM advanced finds / standardization of reports to review, audit, and validate data related to sales and open pipeline activity
  • Support Marketing efforts and the broader CRM Team
    • Campaign activity and Market Qualified Leads (MQL’s)
    • Update the Marketing mail folder by changing employees’ employment status, adding new email addresses, and other miscellaneous duties
    • Manage the Marketing email Better Benefits folder by responding to requests made by prospects and clients which includes updates and status changes
  • Eloqua Administration processing
    • Add new users, manage user profiles, maintain data, and update user profiles
    • Trouble shoot with prospects and clients when Eloqua campaign issues arise
  • MiEdge administration responsibilities
    • Add users
    • Monitor credit utilization
    • Review cost effectiveness
  • Collaborate with our Sales Operations team and management to provide training, guidance and mentorship for part-time and temporary employees who work on special projects
  • Additional responsibilities assigned by management

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:

  • Candidate should be well organized, detailed-oriented and able to multi-task
  • Must be self-motivated, able to manage multiple priorities, a large work load and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational intelligence and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated analytical, technical, and computer skills
  • Problem solving skills and a strong work ethic are necessary

Education, Training and Experience:

  • Prior experience in broker agency or working within the insurance sector in a marketing capacity is a plus
  • Data management or related environment experience, and will have worked with large volumes of customer data including filtering, running queries and segmentation.
  • Previous relevant CRM experience
  • Proficient computer skills including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint is a must
  • MiEdge, Dun & Brad Street, and Eloqua experience is preferred

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $80,000 to $100,000 per year.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
