Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles.

Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for intake of sales inquiries and solutions from inception to resolution.
• Act as a liaison between Sales and internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Become a subject matter expert in designated sales operations processes and initiatives.
• Collect and provide relevant information to assist and support Sales with selling initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analytics from performance data and trends.
• Conduct basic market research on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sales support function.
• Assist with creation of sales proposals and presentations with the sales teams.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of sales team members.
• Perform other duties as needed.
