eGroup Enabling Technologies is expanding nationwide and seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Account Executives, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

- Tier 1 - Entry Specialist: $53,000–$55,000 base salary (Tier 1 is training/onboarding. Bonus eligibility begins in Tier 2, typically within ~3 months)

- Tier 3 - Advanced Specialist: $60,250–$64,250 base salary + quarterly bonus pay

What You’ll Do
- Partner with Account Executives to drive sales execution, planning, and operational efficiency.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and support.
- Prepare accurate proposals and contracts in collaboration with sales and solution teams, supporting both client needs and business objectives.
- Review and process customer orders, coordinate vendor purchases, and manage internal handoffs for seamless service delivery.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and support accurate reporting.
- Keep stakeholders informed with clear updates on contracts, purchases, and delivery timelines.
- Support bundling of professional services and complementary products in proposals.
- Maintain performance within established SLAs and key metrics, ensuring high-quality service.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in IT sales, marketing, or business operations is a plus.
- Proactive self-starter with a growth mindset.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills.
- Excellent communicator, able to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable language.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., ConnectWise, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
