The Global Product Solutions Strategy & Operations (GPS StratOps) team partners closely with Global Product Solutions (GPS) leadership team and regional GTM teams to drive strategic initiatives end-to-end for GBO. The team's job to be done range from running point on the GPS annual strategy planning process, defining and aligning product OKR metrics to steer the Ads business with, prepping product-specfic Business Forecast Meeting (BFM) executive reviews with Google's Chief Business Officer and product-specific Steering Committee (SteerCo) reviews with cross-functional business and product leaders, and one-off, product-centric strategy projects to drive high-impact outcomes in service of product positioning and activation.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $124000 - $177000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
