Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Revenue Strategy and Operations is seeking a strategic leader in New York to drive cross-functional, data-driven initiatives and executive-level recommendations that shape Ads revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Position requires 2 years of experience in: analysis of complex data to distill insights; data synthesis to generate business insights; managing project scope, timelines, and risks for multi-stakeholder initiatives; end-to-end project management for strategic initiatives; analysis of business models, KPIs/OKRs; written and oral communication of business information; analysis of technology market trends for competitive advantages

  • Drive complex, cross-functional projects with end-to-end ownership.
  • Provide executive leaders with analysis and data-driven recommendations on high-priority topics.
  • Develop clear communications to support senior leadership in the Global Partnerships organization.
  • Design and implement business cadences, processes, and reporting frameworks to track progress against objectives.
  • Cultivate effective partnerships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) works with businesses and advertising agencies of all sizes, from local small business owners to mid-market enterprises to large organizations that spend millions of advertising dollars with Google. GCS Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) teams lead the strategy, design, planning and operations of a highly cross-functional landscape, to deliver unified and scalable programs that generate incremental Ads revenue growth for Google. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong daily operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth areas. Experts in delivering strategy and process improvement, team members are strategic thinkers with a pragmatic approach to delivering high impact at scale. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000 - $178,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Position reports to the Google New York, NY office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.

Solve ambiguous business challenges by developing hypotheses, applying a wide range of analytical tools, and formulating optimal, data-backed solutions.
  • Cultivate effective partnerships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, championing collaboration to achieve better business outcomes and strategic alignment.
