Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Coordinator to support demand planning for the Construction Industries Aftermarket business. You will analyze historical data, forecast demand, and facilitate monthly S&OP reviews, coordinating with Commercial, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure accurate demand signals across the supply chain.

This role includes forecasting using trend analysis, collaborating with site teams, and driving scheduling to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
PowerBI/data analytics tools experience.
Forecasting tools, approaches and practices knowledge.
Ability to collect and synthesize data from stakeholders to support decisions.

Job Summary:

The Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Coordinator supports demand planning activities for the Construction Industries Aftermarket business by analyzing historical data, forecasting future demand, and facilitating monthly S&OP reviews. Working closely with Commercial, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations partners, this role helps ensure accurate demand signals are communicated across the supply chain to support customer needs and business objectives.

What You Will Do:

Forecasting : Knowledge of forecasting tools, approaches and practices; ability to determine product demand and estimate production requirements and loads.
Internal Resource Coordination : Knowledge of the techniques, tools and applications associated with coordination of internal resources; ability to synchronize and integrate activities, responsibilities, and command and control structures to ensure that internal resources are used most efficiently in pursuit of business objectives.

Summary Pay Range:

$112,710.00 - $169,060.00
