  • Own territory management protocols—including ownership mapping, hierarchy updates, and integration with data pipelines
  • Design and implement scalable workflows, permission set configurations, automation logic, and rules of engagement for commercial users
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure system reliability, user provisioning, and audit compliance
  • Lead discovery, design, development, and UAT for new Salesforce features, working closely with Sales Strategy and Commercial Operations
  • Publish release notes, manage change communication, and maintain all training documentation and knowledgebases
  • Partner with analytics and enablement teams to integrate Salesforce with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and reporting dashboards
  • Champion best practices in CRM data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and process optimization.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for system scalability, user behavior insights, and CRM roadmap development
  • Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6-10 years of experience in Salesforce systems administration or sales operations, with direct ownership of platform configuration and performance.
  • Proven experience as Salesforce Administrator with strong understanding of role hierarchies, user profiles, permission sets, and flows
  • Demonstrated success in implementing CRM workflows, support models, and end-user enablement strategies
  • Strong cross-functional project management and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and translate commercial priorities into scalable technical solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders across departments
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in Consumer Goods Cloud
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, and Salesforce Analytics
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools
  • Background in field sales, sales enablement, or commercial strategy
