Wolters Kluwer seeks a Sales Operations Manager – Sales Strategy to partner with Regional and Segment Sales Leadership, enabling data-driven decisions that boost performance and forecast accuracy. You will drive the operating cadence, leverage AI analytics, and champion data integrity across CRM and dashboards.
The role requires 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI, and collaboration with senior stakeholders in a hybrid environment.
LOCATION: Hybrid - 8 days a month in the office (see locations on the posting)
As a Sales Operations Manager – Sales Strategy, you’ll work as a trusted partner to Regional and Segment Sales Leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making that improves sales performance, productivity and forecast accuracy. Serving as part of the Global Revenue Operations function, this role is accountable for delivering actionable insights and recommendations, working cross-functionally to champion innovation and optimization, and leveraging AI-enabled analytics and automation to identify opportunities, mitigate risks and influence strategic decisions that improve business outcomes.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
TRAVEL: 10% travel to attend segment or team meetings.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
