About the Role

As a Data & Reporting Manager (Sales Operations), you will ensure that our sales development teams are supported with optimal processes and systems, and that our clients receive accurate reporting and insights. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Managing our sales tools, including B2B data providers (e.g., Clay, Cognism), CRM (Salesforce), and sales engagement platforms (Salesloft) — ensuring proper integration, configuration, and management.
  2. Overseeing B2B data acquisition, list cleaning, and consolidation processes.
  3. Owning and refining our client and internal reporting processes, primarily using Google Sheets.
  4. Implementing ad-hoc projects to improve systems and processes through automation.

We are not seeking candidates with extensive coding skills but someone passionate about processes, systems, and automation. During onboarding, we will provide mentorship, training, and certifications to support your success in this role.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • University degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering (including first-year university math).
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Interest in FinTech, SaaS, and startups.
  • A passion for process efficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets — data cleaning, manipulation, and analysis using advanced functions.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills using Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate.

Experience with CRMs like Salesforce or exposure to B2B sales processes is a significant advantage.
