ButterflyMX is currently seeking a strategic and execution-driven Sales Operations Manager to serve as a key business partner to our Sales leadership team. In this role, you\'ll work closely with Sales Directors and VPs to optimize the day-to-day operations of our sales organization. You\'ll help define and scale processes that drive efficiency, improve execution, and accelerate growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on collaboration, loves solving problems, and is motivated by enabling others to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, helping to shape and support their day-to-day operational needs
  • Develop and implement scalable processes to improve sales team productivity and effectiveness
  • Design and continuously refine the ideal "day in the life" for Sales Directors and VPs, streamlining workflows and reducing friction
  • Monitor sales execution metrics and pipeline health, generating regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Business Systems to align on go-to-market execution and performance goals
  • Identify and drive improvements to our tech stack and CRM processes (Salesforce), ensuring alignment with evolving sales motions
  • Create playbooks, onboarding plans, and enablement strategies to accelerate time-to-ramp for Sales Directors
  • Deliver ongoing support and training on CRM hygiene, forecasting, and sales process best practices
  • Stay current on industry trends and operational best practices to bring forward new ideas and innovation
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field, ideally within a SaaS or technology company
  • Strong understanding of sales process, forecasting, and pipeline management principles
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and experience with sales productivity tools (e.g., Groove, Gong, ZoomInfo)
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and influence without authority
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in sales enablement, training, or onboarding programs is a plus
  • Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
