Join us as we continue building the future of intelligent inventory management, simplifying complexity so our customers can focus on what matters most, exceptional patient care.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Sales Operations Manager is the operational engine behind a fast-growing, high-performance commercial organization. Reporting to the President, Commercial Sales, you will own the systems, processes, data, and enablement that allow our inside and outside sales teams to sell more, forecast with confidence, and scale predictably as we grow.

This is a builder’s role. You will both design and deploy winning sales operations playbooks - bringing proven best practices to the table while engineering new ones for our business. You will take our sales operations infrastructure from good to world-class: a single source of truth in Salesforce, disciplined forecasting and pipeline hygiene, a crisp operating rhythm of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales meetings, and a comprehensive training and onboarding program that ramps reps faster and keeps the whole team sharp.

We are looking for a hands‑on problem‑solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, is energized by ambiguity, and knows how to scale process without adding friction. If you want to shape how a category leader sells – and grow with the team you help build – this is your seat.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Salesforce CRM Administration & Sales Technology Ownership
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce.com system administrator (at minimum base‑level admin, ADM‑201 or equivalent) — owning configuration, user management, security/permissions, objects, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and data model integrity.
  • Administer and optimize CRM data quality, deduplication, and governance so that Salesforce is the trusted single source of truth for the commercial organization.
  • Support and help operationalize our Einstein and Salesforce AI engagement tool implementations — partnering on rollout, adoption, prompt/agent configuration, scoring models, and measurement of impact.
  • Own the broader sales tech stack (dialers, sales engagement/cadencing, conversation intelligence, CPQ, data enrichment, and dashboards) — evaluating, integrating, and driving adoption while eliminating redundant tools and spend.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and automations that give reps, managers, and leadership real‑time visibility into the metrics that matter.
Forecasting, Pipeline Hygiene & Sales Analytics
  • Own the forecasting process end-to-end — weekly forecast calls, roll‑ups, and cadence — improving accuracy and predictability across inside and outside sales.
  • Enforce pipeline hygiene: stage definitions, exit criteria, close-date discipline, aging/stalled‑deal management, and data completeness standards.
  • Deliver analytics and insights on pipeline coverage, conversion rates, velocity, win/loss, quota attainment, and rep productivity — turning data into decisions for sales leadership.
  • Build capacity, coverage, and ramp models that inform hiring, territory design, and quota‑setting as the team scales past 30+ reps.
Sales Process, Playbooks & Infrastructure Scaling
  • Both build and bring winning sales operations playbooks — codifying the sales methodology, stage gates, deal‑desk workflows, and best practices into repeatable, documented process.
  • Design a scalable operational infrastructure that supports a dynamic inside and outside sales team of 30+ today and can flex as we grow — without adding bureaucracy or slowing deals.
  • Own lead‑to‑cash workflow across handoffs (marketing > SDR > AE > CS), including routing, SLAs, deal desk, approvals, and order/booking processes.
  • Continuously identify friction, bottlenecks, and manual work — and solve them with process, automation, or enablement. Take ownership of ‘world‑class’ as the standard, not a slogan.
Sales Operating Rhythm & Meeting Cadence
  • Plan, prepare, and support the operating cadence of the sales organization — weekly team meetings, monthly business reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Build the data, decks, scorecards, and pre‑reads that make every meeting decision‑oriented and grounded in a single set of numbers.
  • Establish and maintain the KPI operating rhythm — the metrics, scorecards, and accountability loops tied directly to revenue outcomes.
Program & Initiative Operationalization
  • Operationalize key commercial programs and strategic initiatives — translating leadership strategy into rollout plans, systems changes, enablement, and measurable execution.
  • Serve as the operational owner for cross‑functional launches (new products, pricing, packaging, campaigns, and go‑to‑market motions), ensuring the field is equipped and the systems are ready on day one.
  • Support the design and administration of territories, quotas, and sales compensation in partnership with Finance and RevOps.
Sales Training, Onboarding & Continuing Education
  • Develop and run an extensive sales training and enablement program — including structured onboarding (30/60/90‑day ramp) and ongoing continuing education for tenured reps.
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Product Management to keep messaging, positioning, product knowledge, and competitive intelligence current and consistent.
  • Build certification paths, playbook training, role‑play, and coaching frameworks that measurably reduce time‑to‑productivity and lift win rates.
  • Curate and maintain the enablement content library so reps have the right asset at the right stage of every deal.
Cross‑Functional Partnership
  • Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps — aligning on definitions, SLAs, hand‑offs, and shared metrics.
  • Represent the voice of the field internally, surfacing what reps need to win and closing the loop between strategy and frontline execution.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
  • Salesforce is a clean, trusted single source of truth, with forecast accuracy and pipeline hygiene meaningfully improved and measurable.
  • Einstein and the Salesforce AI engagement tool are live, adopted
