Job summary

Arista Networks is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead deal management within the Global Sales Operations team. You will partner with Account Management, Regional Sales VPs and other stakeholders to ensure end-to-end handling of non-standard deals and alignment with policy.

You will guide the Sales Operations Analyst, optimize deal structuring, assess risk, and protect margins while maintaining commercial competitiveness. Strong Excel, NetSuite, and SFDC experience are desirable assets.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration (Accounting, Finance, Marketing).
  • Minimum 7+ years work experience in Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance or Accounting.
  • Strong leadership and time management, ability to work under time pressure.
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; solution oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Sales Operations Analyst in deal structuring, review and approvals.

Job Description
Who You’ll Work With

This role is part of the Global Sales Operations organization, reporting to the Director of Field Operations. The Sales Operations Manager will lead the Sales Operations efforts around deal management, working closely with Account Management, Regional Sales VPs and other internal stakeholders involved in potential business transactions. You will be a strong business partner and trusted advisor for the Sales teams and will ensure consistent end-to-end management of non-standard deals in alignment with Company’s non-standard deals policies and procedures.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible for leading the Sales Operations Analyst in managing, supporting, and coordinating the deal structuring, review and approval process

The candidates must display significant judgment skills to ensure that Company optimizes its margins, effectively mitigates risks, while remaining commercially competitive

Establish relationships with functional teams within Company to enable close interactions for deal reviews and approvals, including active executive engagement

Cultivate internal relationships with all levels of the sales organization

Manage all non-standard deals for assigned accounts or geography

Work with the Sales Team to optimize deals, mitigate risks for Company and prevent potential channel or country/theatre conflicts

Facilitate deal reviews and approvals by managing the communication and structuring of non-standard business opportunities

Performs scenario analysis, what if comparisons, sensitivity analysis, on key deal during deal structuring cycle.

Collaborate and share best practices across geographies/regions

This role requires flexibility in your schedule to ensure real time global coverage.

BA/BS degree in Business Administration (Accounting, Finance, Marketing)
