Seaboard Foods in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to act as strategic partner to Walmart and Sam’s Club. You will drive sales initiatives, optimize digital presence, and ensure flawless item launches, blending operations excellence with customer-focused strategies to grow brand visibility and revenue.

The role requires strong project management, data interpretation, and collaboration across teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business or AG business.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in selling in a retail channel.
• Proficiency in Retail Link (IDM, Supplier 1, Engage, ProSpec) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to interpret data and apply insights to sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives.

We have an exciting Sales Operations Manager opportunity in our Northwest Arkansas office. In this highly impactful role, you will serve as a strategic partner to Walmart and Sam’s Club by executing sales initiatives, optimizing digital presence, and ensuring flawless item launches. This role blends operational excellence with customer-focused strategies to strengthen brand visibility and accelerate sales growth.

SCHEDULE

• Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM onsite , potential for travel & different hours based off needs of business
