Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Farmville, VA. As a Management Trainee, you will learn the business from day one at a local branch, serving customers and partners while gaining hands-on exposure to sales, finance, and operations.

You will receive mentoring, community engagement opportunities, and a clear path to running your own branch as you advance within a culture of internal promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, athletics, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with limited moving violations; clean record in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
