Penske in Odessa, TX is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee who will use a recent degree to run a business and solve problems for customers, including Fortune 500 accounts. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred.
Results oriented with attention to detail and good time management.
A valid driver’s license is required, as is the ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles.
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
DOT-regulated position with required driver qualification files and screenings.
Willingness to travel within the district as necessary and comply with background checks.

Responsibilities

Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts, including Fortune 500 companies.
Manage a large inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
