Job summary

Penske is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Jacksonville to run a business, solve problems for customers, and advance through a training period with a base pay increase. The role includes handling local and national accounts, managing a large vehicle fleet, and building relationships.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred), strong communication, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing.
• Internship or related customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Results-oriented with good time management and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed.
• Position regulated by DOT; requires driver qualification file and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts.
• Manage a large inventory of Penske vehicles, balancing fleet productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
