Qualifications

• Experience in sales and/or home services (construction, HVAC, inspections, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Grow the business through homeowner relationships, agent connections, and referral partners, while spreading the awareness of radon gas as far and as fast as possible.
• Coordinate jobs, manage materials, and keep the schedule filled and efficient.
• Perform and assist with radon testing, mitigation, monitoring, and follow‑up.
• Deliver 5‑star service by educating clients reducing radon levels one property at a time.
• Track performance metrics and find smart ways to grow profitably.
• Lead by example with focus, positivity, and drive.
