This role as a Sales Operations Lead (by Channel) is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and optimizing sales operations within the Amazon sales channel. This position ensures the effective execution of sales strategies, process improvements, and data analysis to drive sales performance and achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.

The starting base pay for this role is between $68,640 and $69,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, location, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Dometic operates with a 4+1 policy, 4 days per week in the office and the possibility to work 1 day per week remotely.
