Qualifications

• Recent college graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technologies.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team initiatives through customer communications, presentations, and project coordination.
• Assist with sales reporting, inventory tracking, and business analytics.
• Monitor customer orders, shipments, and delivery activity.
• Maintain product, inventory, and order information.
• Coordinate product sample requests from submission through delivery.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Inventory Planning, and Product Development teams.
