Job summary

Sports Careers in Sacramento is seeking a Sales Operations Intern to support the Ticket Sales & Services team during the Golden 1 Center Kings season. You will help execute game-day activations, sales campaigns, member experiences, and special events to create memorable guest moments.

Ideal candidates are college students or recent graduates, with strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and a willingness to work nights and weekends at all Kings home games.

• Experience catering to the customer and exceeding expectations.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be friendly, professional, personable, and outgoing.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude; committed to teamwork.
• Candidates must be available to work ALL Kings home games which includes nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support Ticket Sales & Service game-day operations, including on-court experiences, pregame events, promotional pack redemption, Membership fulfillment, and other fan engagement activities.
• Assist with the planning and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and special events by preparing materials, assembling prize packs, managing gift redemption, and coordinating logistics.
• Assist in record-keeping for the Ticket Sales & Services team such as event and attendance reports, database marketing/management activities.
• Assist in the administrative and operational support to the Ticket Sales & Service team as needed on both game days, non-game days, and events.
• Coordinate and manage large group activities.
• Performs all other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Summary: The Sales Operations Assistant supports the Ticket Sales & Service team by helping execute game-day activations, sales campaigns, Member experiences, and special events throughout the season. To Qualify For Kings University Internships, You Must Be

• Currently enrolled in college or have graduated within 12 months
• Able to commute to the downtown Sacramento office
• Able to work 25 hours per week

Interns will be compensated $17.50 per hour and receive benefits such as California Paid Sick Leave, discounts on Sacramento Kings merchandise, and free parking.
