Archera is seeking a Sales Operations Engineer to own the automation behind our Channel Partner and AWS Alliances teams. You will build and maintain workflows in n8n and Salesforce, routing referrals, alliances, and attribution, while tracing data quality issues to root causes.
You will work with Partner and Alliances teams during recurring calls, fixing bottlenecks at the source and migrating workflows from Zapier to n8n. A strong data mindset and comfort with SQL/Python are required.

As a Sales Operations Engineer, you own the systems and automations behind Archera's Channel Partner and AWS Alliances teams. You will build and maintain the workflows in n8n and Salesforce that carry partner referrals, opportunity routing, Alliance Manager assignment, attribution, and AWS ACE and Labra processes, and you will trace data quality issues back to the workflow that produced them instead of correcting records one at a time. You will sit with both teams on their recurring calls, hear what is slowing them down, and fix it at the source.
