Job summary

Inchcape Guam is seeking a Director of Sales & Operations to lead regional strategic initiatives and oversee the core commercial units of Sales and S&OP. You will drive performance, partner with executives, and guide go-to-market and investment priorities across Guam, Saipan, and Palau.

The role requires extensive automotive leadership experience, strong P&L management skills, and a track record of building high-performing cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Progressive leadership experience in automotive industry, dealership or OEM environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance across sales, marketing, and operations.
• Experience with P&L management and business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and align regional sales and S&OP to corporate objectives and growth targets.
• Direct and develop sales teams and channel partners to achieve revenue goals.
• Implement KPIs and dashboards; drive operational excellence and cost control.
• Balance demand, inventory, and supply chain with data-driven forecasting.
• Mentor talent, plan succession, and cultivate a high-performance culture.
