Job summary

Allied Solutions, LLC in Saint Paul, MN, is offering a 12-week Sales Operations Intern program (May 24 – Aug 13, 2027). This full-time internship (40 hours/week) is based on the Securian campus in St. Paul, Minnesota.

You will support reporting, analytics, data updates, audits, and commission-related reporting on a sales operations team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience with a sales and service team, learn budgeting templates, and contribute to project status reporting and data

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student, rising junior or senior, pursuing Business Admin or Analytics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn internal systems and analytics tools.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support reporting and analytics needs for Sales Operations.
• Assist with data updates, audits, and reporting on sales results, financials, and commissions.
• Track project progress and prepare status reports.
• Design budgeting templates for annual planning.
• Maintain SharePoint content and updates.
