Job summary

Allied Solutions LLC is recruiting for a Sales Operations Intern to join the team on the Securian campus in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The internship runs 12 weeks from May 24 to Aug 13, 2027, and is a full-time 40-hour-per-week position based on-site in St. Paul.

The role supports reporting, analytics, and sales operations tasks to gain hands-on experience with data updates, data integrity audits, and reporting on sales results, financials, and commissions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student or rising junior/senior pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, with ability to learn internal systems.
• Excel, reporting, and analytics skills required, with a passion for ongoing skill development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple support functions.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Analytics: Support department’s reporting needs, assist with data analysis projects, audits, and track progress with status reports.
• Sales Operations: Review and validate account/product assignments, design budgeting templates, oversee SharePoint content updates, and perform other duties as assigned.
