Title: Sales Operations Coordinator

Type: Contract / Remote (except for needing to pick up and drop off tech equipment and/or as needed requirements that may arise).

Location: Must (currently) live within commuting distance to Seattle, Spokane, or Colville, WA

Hourly/Contract rate - $22 - $26/hour, depending on experience.

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Sales Operations Coordinator for a top client! In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing incoming applications, ensuring accuracy and timelines, and bringing a very high level of service. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments where multitasking, prioritization, and clear communication are key.

Responsibilities:

  • Process a high volume of applications with precision and efficiency.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth application handling.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot and navigate websites and web-based applications with confidence.
  • Support sales operations and administrative functions as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Applications, including Outlook.
  • Proven ability to manage tasks with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Customer service mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable navigating and resolving issues within websites and online platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while also collaborating with a distributed team.
