Job summary

HansBiomed, a KOSDAQ-listed innovator in biologics and medical devices, seeks a Sales Coordinator for its U.S. branch to streamline order processing and finance documentation.

You will support Sales, Finance, and Accounting while ensuring accurate records and professional communication with customers and vendors. The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field is required.
• Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and operational support to ensure smooth order processing, sales tracking, financial documentation, and coordination between Sales, Finance, and Accounting.
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable support, invoice processing, payment tracking, and basic accounting documentation.
• Monitor sales orders from initiation to completion, track progress, and follow up on outstanding items or billing issues.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports, financial summaries, and order-related documentation to support timely processing.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital records related to sales, finance, and accounting; retrieve files and documentation as needed.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, customers, and vendors to address questions and resolve issues.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate information flow and timely completion of tasks.
• Support daily business operations, scheduling, and special projects as needed.
