We’re Hiring: Sales & Operations Assistant (Remote Position)

Are you a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a knack for sales, a sharp eye for detail, and a willingness to wear multiple hats? If so, we want to hear from you!

We’re a growing landscape material and trucking company with a newly launched residential division, and we’re looking for a Sales & Operations Assistant to help support both our residential material sales and trucking operations.

What You’ll Do:

Residential Division (Sales Focus):

•Generate and follow up on leads for residential landscape material delievery services

•Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through our process

•Assist with quotes, scheduling, and customer inquiries

Trucking Division (Operations Support):

•Help with dispatching and coordinating routes

•Perform data entry and maintain accurate load and customer records

•Support logistics team with daily administrative tasks

Marketing (Optional/Additional):

•Assist with basic marketing tasks including social media posts, email campaigns, or digital content

•Help promote both divisions and attract new customers

Responsibilities
