Job summary

Pleasureland RV, a family-owned RV dealership in Minnesota, seeks a Sales Lot Porter to keep the lot organized, presentable, and ready for customers. You’ll learn the inner workings of a volume dealership while working with a dynamic sales team on a daily basis.

The role offers hands-on training, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive culture that values teamwork and a positive attitude. Physical activity and reliable performance are essential to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable driving and maneuvering large RVs and trailers (training provided).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to perform physical activity.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset with good communication.
• Previous dealership or lot experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Move, park, and stage RVs and trailers around the lot and display spaces.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing lot.
• Assist management to handle concerns and keep customers happy.
• Stage vehicles with the sales team for promotions and events.
• Support show setup and promotional activities with the team.
• Interact with customers professionally during walkthroughs and deliveries.
• Keep walkways clear and the lot free of debris; maintain a welcoming environment.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure vehicles and equipment are secure.
• Perform light repairs on RVs as needed.

Position Summary

As a Sales Lot Porter, you’ll play a key role in keeping our lot organized, presentable, and ready for customers. This is an evolving position with a variety of duties that keep you busy and challenged every day. You’ll learn the inner operations of a volume RV dealership firsthand, gain hands‑on experience with millions of dollars in inventory, and help support a fun, engaging sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely move, park, and stage RVs and trailers around the lot, service areas, and display spaces.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing lot that showcases inventory to its fullest potential.
• Assist management with concerns and hot issues in order to keep customers happy and camping
• Work with the sales team to stage vehicles for promotions, events, and customer presentations.
• Support team members in show setup and promotional events — be part of the action!
• Interact with customers professionally, including helping with positioning RVs for customer walkthroughs and delivery.
• Perform general lot maintenance — keeping walkways clear, debris picked up, and the environment welcoming.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure all vehicles and equipment are secure.
• Perform light repairs on RV's as needed.
