Job summary

Pleasureland RV Center is seeking a Sales Lot Porter to help keep our lot organized, presentable, and ready for customers. You will learn the operations of a high-volume RV dealership, gain hands-on experience with a large inventory, and support a dynamic sales team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to drive and maneuver large RVs and trailers.
• Physically able for daily activity.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Previous dealership experience is a plus but not required.

• Safely move and position RVs and trailers on the lot.
• Keep the lot clean, organized, and presentable.
• Assist sales team with staging vehicles for promotions.
• Support show setup and customer walkthroughs.
• Perform light lot maintenance and safety checks.

Position Summary

As a Sales Lot Porter, you’ll play a key role in keeping our lot organized, presentable, and ready for customers. This is an evolving position with a variety of duties that keep you busy and challenged every day. You’ll learn the inner operations of a volume RV dealership firsthand, gain hands‑on experience with millions of dollars in inventory, and help support a fun, engaging sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely move, park, and stage RVs and trailers around the lot, service areas, and display spaces.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing lot that showcases inventory to its fullest potential.
• Assist management with concerns and hot issues in order to keep customers happy and camping
• Work with the sales team to stage vehicles for promotions, events, and customer presentations.
• Support team members in show setup and promotional events — be part of the action!
• Interact with customers professionally, including helping with positioning RVs for customer walkthroughs and delivery.
• Perform general lot maintenance — keeping walkways clear, debris picked up, and the environment welcoming.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure all vehicles and equipment are secure.
• Perform light repairs on RV's as needed.
