Job Summary

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Sales Operations Manager to oversee sales operations, reporting, and strategy execution across our multi-state operations. This role involves working closely with internal sales teams, finance, and senior leadership to identify new opportunities, address sales gaps, forecast growth, and support contract renewals and RFP/RFI processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and streamline sales operations across multiple states and client types.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize performance and revenue growth.
  • Support contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and incentive programs.
  • Ensure alignment between sales initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze marketing and promotions efficacy for continuous improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and operational efficiencies.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, finance, operations, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or sales analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in business intelligence tools.
  • Experience in contract management and sales planning.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
