Job summary

Direct Supply, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst Intern to help the Sales team make smarter, data-driven decisions. You’ll gain hands-on training, coaching, and real ownership of meaningful work in a collaborative environment.

You will analyze sales trends, build reports, and propose data-based recommendations to leadership while growing your analytics, CRM, and project management skills for a future career in healthcare technology.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business, Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • GPA of 3.3 or higher.
  • Previous intern or business analytics experience.
  • Familiarity using Power BI and Databricks.
  • Knowledge of Python, R, SQL, or other programming languages.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to provide insights into sales performance and make actionable recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.

Job description

As a Sales Operations Analyst Intern, you’ll do more than observe; you’ll contribute to real projects that help our Sales organization make smarter, data-driven decisions. You’ll join a collaborative team that will help you get up to speed through hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support. As you build your skills, you’ll have opportunities to take ownership of meaningful work, analyze business challenges, share your ideas, and turn data into recommendations that can make a real impact. You’ll work alongside team members and business stakeholders to uncover sales trends, create reports, improve processes, and solve problems. Along the way, you’ll gain practical experience in analytics, sales operations, technology, and project management while building skills you can carry into your future career.

Experience
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business, Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to work part time (15-20 hours per week) during the school year and full time (40 hours) during the summer.
Additional Items of Interest
  • GPA of 3.3 or higher.
  • Previous intern or business analytics experience.
  • Familiarity using Power BI and Databricks.
  • Knowledge of Python, R, SQL, or other programming languages.
