What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Analyze compensation performance, attainment trends, and cost of sales to provide actionable insights to sales leadership
- Support the administration of variable compensation structures and incentive programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend compensation mechanics that drive productivity
- Track and report on SPIFFs and incentive program performance, providing recommendations for optimization
- Assist in audits of compensation attainment and process compliance to ensure accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Compensation, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to creatively resolve issues and offer innovative solutions
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional partners to support compensation processes
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
