Job description

FocusKPI is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.

Our client's Customer Strategy & Operations (CSO) team sets and drives key business initiatives across the company. The team complements and supports product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams across three critical areas: corporate and business unit strategy, business planning and sales operations, and business systems and tools development. Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join the dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales processes and systems, helping drive efficiency and accuracy across our operations.

Work Location: Remote - anywhere in the US
Duration: 12-month contract
Pay Range: $28/hr to $37/hr

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
  • Monitor data quality and integrity across systems; identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Analyse sales performance and provide insights to inform decision-making
Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve sales operations
  • Partner with IT and Sales to implement changes that enhance efficiency
Stakeholder Support:
  • Respond to ad hoc sales support requests, providing timely and practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor reporting and share insights that support local and global sales efforts
System & Data Governance:
  • Ensure consistent and accurate data entry across Salesforce and related tools
  • Promote system adoption and adherence to data governance standards
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role, preferably within a SaaS environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools like Gong, ServiceNow, etc
  • Conversational intelligence tooling experiences a distinct advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data from multiple sources
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet time-sensitive deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
